I've seen improvement. I am able to start feeling hungry and look forward to being able to eat a full serving of food instead of feeling like I couldn't. Started taking the gummies now on to these. I would recommend meals that include pastas like a pente or something like that. Upon first taking these I only had mild discomfort in my stomach but it wasn't for long and there are zero side effects. Good luck.
